The purpose of our department is to define the quality management system and its relevant activities and processes. We create and maintain the quality system, as well as ensure that it is adhered to. We also work based on the Continuous Improvement Model to guarantee ongoing enhanced processes and efficiency.
As part of our day to day job, we Indicate gaps between department/team processes and company committed standards, indicate gaps between department/team processes and actual audit results, lead and support external assessments/audits of company committed standards and collect and analyze measurements of ME departments.

What your job will look like:

    • Assure the organization complies with applicable standards (ASPICE, ISO9001, ISO270001, ISO26262) and regulations and has the required certificates
    • Lead and manage all the aspects of Quality within the organization including a close relationship with internal and external stakeholders (subcontractors, suppliers, customers)
    • Ensure appropriate quality plans are made and executed during all stages of the life cycle of the product
    • Support Projects and Product Lines and interacting with all R&D Groups
    • work closely with R&D to improve documentation, development processes, and procedures to comply with various standards
    • Create, review, and approve policies, procedures, work instructions, protocols, and reports to assure compliance with standards
    • Conduct Internal audits to different teams within the organization and perform gap analysis with a plan for corrective actions
    • Conduct external audits for suppliers and subcontractors
    • Define quality goals with various teams and departments  

All you need is:

    • B.Sc. in engineering, computer science or equivalent
    • Proven experience as Quality Manager in the automotive industry
    • Strong background with standards such as ASPICE, ISO9001, ISO270001, ISO26262
    • At least 2 years' experience with executing audits on mass production manufacturers
    • Experience in leading team members
    • Experience working with R&D teams ​
    • Experience with direct management and working through matrix-management
    • Experience working with top management
    • Experience working in a regulated industry (automotive, aerospace, medical), aligning work methodology to requirements of that industry
    • Experience in SW development - big advantage
