We are looking for an experienced team leader for the Polarion system to lead our efforts in defining and implementing business workflows related to the requirements management field in the system as well as process optimization. In this role, you will oversee a team responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Polarion system (Requirement Management Module), define correct work processes withing the team and work closely with team managers throughout the organization to ensure that processes related to the Polarion system are well defined, implemented efficiently and professionally in the various groups. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving efficiency, collaboration and quality throughout our organization.

What will your job look like?

    • Lead and manage a team of Polarion administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Polarion solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into effective Polarion configurations and workflows.
    • Define and maintain Polarion templates, dashboards, and reports to support project tracking, progress monitoring, and decision-making for the various teams.
    • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Polarion, including user access management, data integrity, and system upgrades.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Polarion functionality, best practices, and usage guidelines.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SDLC processes at Mobileye, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Stay updated on the latest developments and capabilities of Polarion and related tools, and recommend enhancements or new features to meet evolving business needs.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on Polarion and SDLC processes, providing guidance and advice to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

All you need is:

    • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/information systems or related field.
    • Proven experience in leading teams in the implementation and administration of Polarion or similar application lifecycle management (ALM) tools.
    • Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes in large organizations, including requirements management, software design, coding, testing, and release management.
    • Experience with ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) implementation in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing an ALM tool, including creating templates, workflows, and reports to support business needs.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving process improvements and achieving organizational goals.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
