Which team will you join?
The EyeQ Platform Group designs advanced System-On-Chips that are the core of the Mobileye automotive systems for driver assistance and autonomous vehicles.
We design and manufacture our SOCs to the highest Automotive quality and reliability levels.
As a Quality and Reliability Engineer, you will be part of a world-class chip design & product team, working with the challenges of the most advanced technologies and in a great team atmosphere.

What will you do:

    • ·Responsibility of Quality and Reliability specifications, simulations, tests, and qualifications
    • ·Planning, requirements and setup of qualifications per automotive standards, e.g. AEC-Q100
    • ·Design and implementation of silicon die and package tests, load and burn in boards
    • ·Choice and preparation of electrical, environmental, and mechanical test platforms and ATEs
    • ·Requirements for DFT, Electrical characterization and Q&R tests of advanced System-on-Chip ICs
    • ·Extensive work with internal design teams, external subcontractors, and outsourcing
    • ·Documentation and Certifications of Automotive standards compatibility

All you need is:

    • BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering/Physics
    • At least 3 years’ experience with Q&R of semiconductors, microelectronics, VLSI, ASICs or SoCs
    • Excellent knowledge of semiconductor technology and reliability
    • Hands-on knowledge and experience with Q&R test design and testing
    • Excellent understanding of failure and reliability prediction models and simulations
    • Expertise with automotive Q&R standards and Production Part Approval Process
    • Knowledge of AEC-Q100, IATF 16949 and related JEDEC, IEEE and ISO standards
    • Excellent English writing and documentation skills, good verbal communication
