As a senior member of a strong team (reporting to our VP of Marketing), you will shape and execute the GTM strategy to drive measurable commercial growth by developing messaging, collateral and thought leadership that resonates with our target audience.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Mintec, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and ensuring their successful market positioning. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging, drive content development, and enable our sales force. Responsibilities

    • Develop clear and concise product messaging that resonates with our target audience.
    • Create compelling value propositions and positioning statements for our products.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality marketing collateral (e.g., product brochures, case studies, whitepapers) for our clients as well as prospects.
    • Craft engaging product narratives that highlight key features and benefits.
    • Create content for sales enablement, including battle cards, FAQs, and presentations.
    • Work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge.
    • Provide training on product features, competitive differentiators, and objection handling.
    • Develop sales playbooks and support sales during customer interactions.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Use insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches in the international market.
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product introductions.
    • Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate as needed.
    • Work closely with product management, engineering, and design teams.
    • Influence product development based on market feedback and customer insights.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing success.
    • Regularly assess product marketing performance, market share, and customer satisfaction.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Proven experience (6+ years) in product marketing or product management, preferably in a technology-focused, SaaS business.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Knowledge of the supply chain, commodities, or market intelligence/research space is strongly preferred. Complex Enterprise Software marketing experience preferred.
    • Possess a good understanding of product marketing techniques for high-growth B2B businesses, focusing on SaaS subscriptions.
    • Self-starter with a competitive mindset, demonstrating the drive to achieve the best results and a track record of over-achieving in past positions.
    • Experience in developing SEO and product-aligned marketing messaging to support revenue development.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to understand and disseminate our value to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Results Orientated and driven to overachieve goals to improve marketing impact.
