Help our client to utilize the full potential of what our solution offers join us as a (Senior) Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)!

Your Mission:

    • Accompany our customers throughout their entire life cycle with our MARKT-PILOT solutions.
    • Be responsible for the preparation, organization, and implementation of customer workshops. 
    • Independently create and present data analyses for our customers.
    • Support other team members in data processing and preparation of customer appointments. 
    • Analyse potential churn risks to identify their causes and develop strategies for optimization in collaboration with the team. 
    • Be a co-responsible to deepen our customer relationships to drive or support your sales team colleagues in important upsell opportunites.

Your Skills:

    • You are known for your reliability and confidence in dealing with customers. 
    • You bring absolute customer orientation and a service-oriented mindset. 
    • You enjoy working with large datasets, Excel spreadsheets, and presentations. 
    • You can convey complex processes in a simple manner and possess a strong customer- and data-driven mindset. 
    • You have successfully completed a master's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or business-related field.
    • Ideally, you have already gained several years of experience in a similar position. 
    • Excellent Italian and English language skills complete your profile.
