As a Working Student in Demand Generation (f/m/d), you will actively support the implementation of our global marketing campaigns and reporting processes. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality marketing execution while increasing campaign frequency, supporting global marketing initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across demand generation activities.
Your Mission
- Implementation of demand generation campaigns in our CRM system, including emails, landing pages, and social media posts
- Creation of infographics and other short-form content to support demand generation campaigns
- Execution of SEO optimizations across our websites
- Creation and maintenance of reporting on key performance metrics
- Preparation of slides and summaries for internal stakeholders
Your Skills
- Currently studying economics, marketing, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing is a plus
- Ideally, first experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Monday, or Salesforce
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset
- Confident in working in English and German
