We are looking for an Accounting Support - Minijob (m/f/d) to assist our team with day-to-day finance and accounting operations. In this role, you will support the accurate processing of contracts, invoices, and financial data, ensuring that our systems are always up to date.
Your Mission

Manage and maintain Spendesk (expense & spend management platform), ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions

Prepare and pre-code incoming payable invoices in Spendesk (Vorkontierung), ensuring tax and bookkeeping compliance for push into our accounting system (DATEV)

Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, maintaining data accuracy across systems

Handle general administrative and office management tasks in support of the Finance team
Your Skills

Background in accounting or office administration (Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement or similar)

Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, including AP and AR, ideally using SKR03 chart of accounts

Hands-on experience with DATEV

Familiarity with Spendesk or comparable spend management tools is a plus

Proficient in MS Outlook and standard Microsoft 365 tools

Interest in or experience with AI-driven process automation and digital workflows

Communicates clearly in German (required); English is a plus
