Join MARKT-PILOT as the Global Vice President of People, where your leadership will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative HR strategies during our key growth phases.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is ideal for an HR professional with 7+ years of experience, particularly in dynamic, scaling environments. In this role, you'll shape our people strategy, foster a thriving team, and be a key contributor to our business success. 

Your Mission

    • People Strategy Development: Drawing on your experience in growth and scaling, develop and implement a long-term people strategy and create an ambitious roadmap to keep our people team on track and growing. 
    • Comprehensive People Management: Oversee and develop people operations, talent acquisition and employer branding globally (currently Germany, US, Italy, Sweden).
    • HR Operations Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve all HR operations to ensure efficient and effective processes that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. 
    • Talent Acquisition and Management:Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs, prioritize those needs, and recruit new talent. 
    • Talent Development: Develop and manage our framework for the personal and professional development of our talent, ensuring growth in collaboration with department leaders. 
    • Culture Shaping: Shape and enhance the MARKT-PILOT culture by acting as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and employees. 

Your Skills

    • Growth and Scaling Expertise: Proven track record of scaling startups or scaleups from 100 to 300 employees globally and beyond, demonstrating your ability to manage HR operations in rapidly growing environments. 
    • HR Leadership Experience: Min. 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup or scaleup. 
    • HR Operations Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR operations with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, ensuring all HR practices are current and efficient. 
    • Hands-On Leadership: Actively involved in all aspects of HR strategy and execution, demonstrating a hands-on approach to driving organizational growth and success. 
    • Educational Background: A completed degree in Human Resources or a related field, or comparable qualification/advanced training. 
    • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of German and English, with high communication skills. Further languages are a plus.
