Your mission as a Platform Engineer is to architect a secure, efficient infrastructure that supports and scales with the organization's ambitions and developers' needs. You'll innovate with automation and DevOps, enhance collaboration, and guide the integration of cutting-edge technology, all while upholding rigorous standards and managing resources effectively

Your Mission

    • Engineer and evolve platform integrations to meet organizational objectives and expand developer capabilities, ensuring scalability and system updates.
    • Champion platform security and compliance, mentoring in best practices and overseeing adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Innovate and implement DevOps and automation frameworks across teams to propel platform management and operational excellence.
    • Construct and maintain robust monitoring and logging systems to enhance platform stability and handle dynamic workloads.
    • Develop documentation and standardization strategies to foster knowledge sharing, optimize resource use, and integrate cutting-edge tech solutions

Your Skills

    • You have a degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable education, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Platform engineer in complex infrastructure environments.
    • You bring a strong proficiency in programming and system-level scripting languages, along with a deep familiarity with development processes and tools such as Git, linting, and testing frameworks.
    • You have extensive experience in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes to manage application deployment across varied environments efficiently.
    • You possess a proven track record of designing and implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, utilizing tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
    • You are well-versed in Linux/*NIX system administration and networking, capable of configuring and troubleshooting complex networked systems effectively.
    • You demonstrate practical expertise in building and managing scalable, distributed systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
    • You are ambitious, motivated, pay attention to details, question the status quo, and continuously develop yourself further.
    • You have a startup mentality, teamwork is your superpower, and you are open to a (virtual) after-work drink.
