Based in Stockholm, Germany, the US, and Italy, MARKT-PILOT is a fast-growing, high-tech SaaS Scale Up that helps leading machine manufacturers increase service revenues, profitability, and customer loyalty by providing unique market intelligence in the spare parts business. In this role, you'll be our Sales Hero and have no fear of picking up the phone! Plus, you believe that sales isn't just about numbers, but about building real relationships.
Your Mission
- You independently generate and qualify new leads (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, trade shows.)
- You proactively engage in researching additional leads through the use of social media.
- You are the first point of contact for potential customers, advising them and presenting our software solution.
- You craft and refine cold call scripts, email sequences, and optimize processes on the go.
- You support Sales Managers in building the sales pipeline.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with our product team in Germany, sharing customer and market feedback.
- You manage our customers through our CRM (HubSpot), track leads, update data, and stay on top of key metrics.
Your Skills
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Sales experience and lead generation in a SaaS sales context a big plus.
- Show persistence and resilience while dealing with objections and rejection due to high volume cold outreach.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Self-starting attitude, grit and determination to succeed.
- Adaptability and problem solving skills.
- Ability to connect to others in a short period of time and deliver engaging presentations.
- Fluent in business English.
