‍As our Sales Lead for our current markets in Europe (the GSA region, italy and Nordics), you will craft and execute sales strategies aligned with our company's vision. You'll take charge of our sales operations, driving growth through key performance metrics, and fostering cross-team collaborations. With over a decade of B2B SaaS experience and a background in the manufacturing sectors, you'll be central in refining our sales processes and leading our teams to exceed targets. Your technical proficiency and leadership acumen will be pivotal in this role. 

Your mission

    • Strategic Development: Craft and execute robust sales strategies that align with the company's overarching objectives, I.e. >250% YoY growth and to further increase market leadership. 
    • Regional Leadership: Assume primary responsibility for the sales organization of soon 20+ AEs, 10+ BDRs within the DACH region and Italy, establishing standards and setting the pace for sales performance and achievements. 
    • Performance Metrics: Design and supervise key performance metrics to manage pipeline growth. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue. 
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the executive, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure consistent and integrated communication to customers. 
    • Process Enhancement: Use your expertise to continuously refine and elevate the company's sales processes and methodologies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. 

Your expertise and skills

    • Sales Expertise: 10+ years of sales management experience, consistently surpassing targets in the B2B SaaS domain. 
    • Market Acumen: In-depth experience in selling large tickets in mid-market and enterprise software market, handling accounts ranging from five to seven figures annually. 
    • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software, with a preference for Hubspot, and adept at leveraging sales analytics tools. 
    • Methodological Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in advanced sales techniques and methodologies, e.g., MEDDIC, ensuring a structured and effective approach to sales processes and client engagements. 
    • Industry Familiarity: A rich background in the machine and component manufacturing sectors, gained either through direct work experience or sales activities targeting these industries. 
    • Leadership: Proven expertise in recruiting, orchestrating, and managing diverse sales teams across various sales funnel stages. 
    • Proactivity: A hands-on, urgent approach, acting as the driving force behind initiatives and outcomes. 
    • Professional Attributes: Highly organized, adaptable, and the capacity to remain composed under stress. 
    • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and German is essential. Command of Italian is an added advantage.
