We are looking for a leader to support mainly our DACH team but doesnโ€™t shy away to also support our Italy and Nordics operations if needed.

Your Mission

    • Hands-On Mentality: Taking responsibility for key customer interactions and expansion processes to build trust and drive net revenue retention. 
    • Strategy and Vision: Co-develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy for our DACH operations to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
    • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing customer success team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Customer Engagement: Ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing engagement with customers to maximize their success and ROI with our solutions.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor key customer success metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.

Your Skills

    • Proven track record in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting company in the industrial space or equivalent experience 
    • Significant experience in a Customer Success role within the B2B SaaS environment
    • Experience with managing teams of individual contributors 
    • Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
    • Basic manufacturing and / or pricing experience is a plus 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, Swedish) are a plus.
