Your Opportunity as VP Customer Success Europe:

As the Vice President of Customer Success Europe at MARKT-PILOT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers derive exceptional value from our innovative solutions. If you have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within manufacturing sectors, and are passionate about delivering excellence in customer success, this is the opportunity for you to thrive. 

Your Mission

    • Customer Success Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that ensures our clients achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our innovative solutions. 
    • Client Engagement: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within MARKT-PILOT. 
    • Retention and Growth:Drive customer retention and revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion of our solutions, while also proactively addressing any challenges or concerns. 
    • Customer Advocacy:Cultivate a community of satisfied and enthusiastic customers who are willing to advocate for our products and services, both within their organizations and in the broader market. 
    • Feedback Loop:Establish a robust feedback loop, gathering insights from customers and collaborating with our product and development teams to continually enhance our offerings based on real-world customer needs. 
    • Team Empowerment: Lead and empower your customer success team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Your Skills

    • Customer Success Leadership: A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success leadership roles within the B2B SaaS sector, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. 
    • SaaS Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of B2B SaaS solutions, enabling you to align customer success efforts with product capabilities to maximize client value. 
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to inform customer success strategies, optimizing client satisfaction and loyalty. 
    • Industry Insight:A good understanding of the machine and component manufacturing sectors or related industries, allowing you to anticipate client needs and market trends to proactively shape our offerings. 
    • Leadership Excellence:Demonstrated ability to build, lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and unwavering dedication to customer success. 
    • Proactive Mindset: A proactive, hands-on approach to driving customer success initiatives and achieving measurable, customer-centric results. 
    • Professional Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and a proven ability to thrive in high-pace environments. 
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German (C1) is required.
