We are looking for a seasoned Field Marketing Manager to join the team! This individual contributor role will drive initiatives in North America and support the sales and marketing teams across a diverse range of activities. Based out of our Chicago office and part of the global Events & Campaigns team, the role will encompass driving towards regional lead generation and pipeline goals, growing brand awareness, executing go-to-market campaigns, and other marketing. A truly multidimensional position that will allow a detail oriented, proactive and outcome driven marketing professional the chance to coordinate and work alongside some of the industry’s best in the ever-changing SaaS space. The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with regional North American sales leadership and global cross functional teams to support MARKT-PILOT’s continued growth in the region. 

What we expect you to own and run with:

    • Liaise with marketing leadership and regional sales teams to create and execute a regional marketing plan 
    • Understand our North America buyer personas and shape of industries in the region to create and execute a regionally impactful marketing strategy and plan that strengthens our brand awareness as a market leader while also generating and accelerating new pipeline for NA. 
    • Developing and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including events (support), brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives. This will include adaptions of global campaigns & the creation of campaigns specifically for North America. 
    • Work with media platforms, content syndication providers, associations and other external partners to promote existing campaigns and leverage potential for collaborative campaigns 
    • Partnering with the global marketing team to deliver integrated plans in the region in line with the local strategy. Ensure that we are telling the MARKT-PILOT story in a consistent voice 
    • Being the voice of the North American region for central marketing functions (e.g. content, product marketing, events, campaigns, partner marketing), create content yourself and collaborate to agree on priorities for the region 
    • Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting campaign results to drive continuous improvement and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts 

Which boxes you need to check:

    • 3+ years B2B experience delivering and accelerating sales pipeline through field marketing 
    • Robust understanding of the North American regions, its industries and mechanics, and how to approach marketing to manufacturing and technology decision-makers  
    • Experience partnering with the direct sales team and partnership teams, ensuring optimal pipeline coverage, acceleration, and alignment 
    • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing and interpreting data 
    • Experienced with sales and marketing automation, such as HubSpot  
    • Excellent written communication and presentation skills  
    • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or machine manufacturing desirable
