What we expect you to own and run with:
- Work closely with the leadership to support their strategic priorities, including business planning, new market entry, and growth initiatives.
- Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the leadership, conducting thorough research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive informed decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership and other stakeholders, including investors, board members, and external partners, effectively representing the company's interests and priorities.
- Drive the development and execution of operational processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of key initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics and business drivers, providing regular updates and insights to the founders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support talent acquisition and development efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Which boxes you need to check:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or startup operations roles, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to synthesize information, identify insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.

$100,000 - $130,000 a year
Base: $100K - $130K per year.
OTE: $120K - $160K per year (variable comp based on company performance).
