We are currently recruiting a Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management, who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the wider Product Team and other stakeholders, you will manage suppliers for RFQs, pricing discussions, and terms contracting to ensure cost optimization and quality product delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and tracking cost data and conducting savings analysis.

What you will do

    • Manage the supplier pool through sourcing new suppliers and managing the existing supplier list for different categories
    • Manage the suppliers' category/product catalogs to timely support product sourcing requests  
    • Work on new sourcing requests from different teams, make reasonable supplier selection and product pricing decision through RFQ and negotiation process 
    • Actively evaluate our current product pricing and make proper cost/terms optimization proposals, executing towards cost saving goals while ensuring quality product delivery and maintaining healthy supplier relationships
    • Maintain the cost/pricing information up to data, support the team's data analytical tasks and teams' dashboard maintenance
    • Beside regular products sourcing tasks, work on seasonal and ad-hoc products campaigns regarding pricing/terms negotiations 
    • Stakeholder management including stakeholders from product, compliance, quality, and supply chain teams etc to achieve project/supplier performance success jointly

What you should bring

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial or purchasing roles, preferably in our same/similar industries
    • Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills 
    • Team player with growth-mindset
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with suppliers and attend industry events
    • Very good spoken and written knowledge of Chinese and English, other language skill is a plus
