We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager – EMEA who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with our largest B2B clients, your focus will be on accelerating growth, enhancing strategic account management, and optimising product positioning across EMEA. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for customer-centric strategies with your capacity for commercial excellence. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
- Develop and execute key account strategies to drive growth across high-value accounts in EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, positioning Lovehoney as the preferred partner.
- Manage strategic activities with our key customers, including annual business reviews and contract negotiations.
- Ensure optimal product positioning and complete portfolio coverage.
- Work closely with account managers to align on key account strategies and oversee execution.
- Partner with Internal Teams to leverage customer insights and enhance products offering.
What you should bring
- Proven experience managing large, high-value accounts within the consumer goods industry.
- Expertise in negotiating complex, multimillion-euro contracts.
- A consultative, customer-centric approach with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to execute quickly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time across the EMEA region.
