We are currently recruiting a Junior Manager, Global Supplier Management, who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the wider Product Team, you will be responsible for managing our supplier relations for certain categories and sourcing for finish goods/raw materials suppliers. You will be negotiating contracts to optimize costs and ensure quality product delivery. Additionally, you'll track cost and savings data to inform commercial decisions, contributing to effective supplier management.
What you will do
- Source new finished goods/raw materials suppliers based on brand strategy, product requirements and maintain supply base for certain categories
- Evaluate and compare supplier pricing, quality, delivery, service, negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost optimization and quality product delivery while build and maintain strong relationships
- Conduct price analysis and support benchmarking activities for cost optimization, maintain and ensure product cost matrix is up to date, support on data analytic activities
- Work on RFQs and support supplier selection and onboarding, manage certain categories with strategic planning; at the same time support seasonal and ad-hoc product offerings like Make-to-Order products (MTO) or customer cooperation
- Maintain stakeholder relationships, collaborate with Product, Compliance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to achieve project/supplier performance success jointly
What you should bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or analytical roles
- Team player, excellent communication skill with growth-mindset
- Strong analytical skills, experience with creating dashboards is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with suppliers and attend industry events
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and Chinese, German and Cantonese is a plus
