We are currently hiring a Digital Product Owner who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Digital Product team, you will play a key role in the Storefront delivery process, articulating the vision for new features and the ambition for enhancements that will be implemented across our suite of global websites. Your thorough Discovery, working alongside business analysts, UX designers and stakeholders will enable, mobilise and support the Development, QA and Release teams to bring the varied roadmapped initiatives to life effectively.
To succeed in this role, you should have substantial experience as a Product Owner or in product management, working with Agile development and delivery methods in one or more scrum teams. You'll be excited about the prospect of optimising usability, intrigued by influencing user behaviour and embrace the opportunity to find solutions that will solve our business objectives and contribute towards the achievement of commercial targets.
Please note that this contract is fixed-term for up to 12 months.
What you will do
- Become the product expert for assigned initiatives by collaborating with Solution Architects (SAs), partners, and suppliers to design business-aligned solutions that achieve intuitive user experience journeys.
- Lead discovery processes by creating feature maps, user stories, and kickoff sessions with cross-functional teams, sharing the insight and the vision.
- Support development through active participation in scrum ceremonies, providing guidance and feedback.
- Organise and prioritise backlogs to ensure sprint goals are met with iterative and incremental improvements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations with updates, risk mitigation, and collaborative decision-making. Ensuring relevant teams are engaged and integration is seamless
- Measure success post-implementation against defined KPIs using multiple data platforms to evaluate impact and recommend improvements.
What you should bring
- Product Owner/Product Management experience in fast-paced eCommerce environments, managing multiple products and features.
- Strong Agile expertise with hands-on experience in PO roles and leading scrum teams.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical concepts and business needs for diverse stakeholders.
- CMS knowledge, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and the ability to represent business users.
- User-centric design advocate, using evidence, user testing, and data to guide priorities and decisions.
- Focus on UX/UI and accessibility best practices, ensuring inclusive and high-quality solutions.
