We are currently looking for a Brand Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance and leading brand strategy specifically for Lovehoney Group’s male-focused product portfolio. Partnering directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, your focus will be on enhancing brand strategy and execution across various retail channels including B2B, marketplaces, and brand shops. In this role, you will combine your passion for brand management with your capacity for orchestrating impactful campaigns. You must possess skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
- Oversee the global management of a dedicated male-focused product brand, ensuring consistent brand strategy across diverse channels (B2B, marketplaces, brand shops)
- Lead the implementation and orchestration of go-to-market plans for new product launches, including developing launch strategies and timelines
- Manage the end-to-end execution of product launches, including product development input, packaging design coordination, and creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with internal design, content, performance marketing, and PR teams to develop cohesive marketing assets, ensuring brand alignment and optimal impact across all marketing channels
- Strategically support product and innovation management through market analysis and trend forecasting
What you should bring
- Approximately 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within companies operating multiple retail channels (D2C, B2B, marketplaces)
- Proven track record of managing own-brand products, with an emphasis on in-house brands beyond just promotional activities in marketplaces
- Strong project management skills, with experience orchestrating cross-functional teams and external agency collaborations to deliver comprehensive campaigns
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration with various stakeholders and timely execution of projects
- A structured, growth-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to take ownership, adapt to evolving needs, and drive continuous improvement
