SEA Manager
What you will do
- Develop and execute the SEA strategy for Amorana in line with business goals.
- Manage spend and budget allocation to meet channel KPIs.
- Optimise account structure and bidding to maximise profit and drive growth.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation and testing to grow the account continually.
- Track and report on channel KPIs, communicating with the wider business and aligning goals with key stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep LHG's PPC accounts evolving.
- Work closely within the SEA team to share knowledge, learn from colleagues, and contribute to projects that drive growth across LHG as a whole.
- Bring specialist strengths (e.g. Shopping expertise, advanced analytics, or AI/automation architecture) to strengthen SEA across both Amorana and Lovehoney Group.
- Apply AI tools to automate repetitive SEA workflows and free up time for strategic work.
- Define targeted approaches across the product portfolio to support optimal sales strategy.
What you should bring

Fluency in English and B2-level German (essential).

Minimum 2+ years' professional experience as an in-house or agency SEA Manager.

Experience using Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads and Google Analytics.

Advanced knowledge of keyword research and optimisation, plus experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the creativity to work around the limitations of the industry.

Understanding of how the search landscape is shifting, with readiness to tackle emerging channels such as LLM-based advertising, agentic commerce, and the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP).

A naturally curious, self-driven learner who proactively adopts AI tools, stays ahead of industry shifts, and brings new ideas into the team.

Understanding of a product portfolio, with the ability to define targeted approaches for an optimal sales strategy.
