We are currently recruiting a Jr. CRM Executive who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the CRM Manager and Executives, your focus will be on our Broadcast Email Campaigns that not only retain our customers but also inspire them to explore something new.

What you will do
- Work with the CRM and Retention team to develop and execute a CRM strategy that resonates with our subscribers, driving both retention and conversion.
- Collaborate with and learn from the CRM and Retention gurus to craft and schedule emails that pulse with creativity and commercial savvy.
- Contribute to the global email charge with precise targeting, seamless execution, and insightful reporting.
- Work with the Retention Data & Analytics squad to sharpen our CRM initiatives, wielding AB and MV testing to aid further optimisation.
What you should bring
- Graduate in a Business or Marketing related degree or ~1 year of professional experience in a relevant field
- The enthusiasm and ability to learn how to manage the end-to-end email production process, from concept to click-through, with a proactive approach towards your work, learning and problem solving
- Commercially focused and curious, with a knowledge of web-based and mobile ecommerce
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail
- Proven organisational and time management skills and proficient in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability, with the capability to work cross-functionally
