We are currently looking for a Paid Social Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Your focus will be on creating, implementing, and optimising paid social media strategies across multiple platforms to achieve marketing goals. In this role, you will combine a passion for data-driven insights with creativity in campaign management. You’ll build valuable skills in a fast-paced retail environment, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do

    • Develop and execute Paid Social strategies across both brand and conversion campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
    • Manage budgets and optimize campaigns, using data-driven decisions to maximize performance
    • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative teams to produce integrated plans and engaging ad content
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, producing detailed reports for stakeholders
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness

What you should bring

    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record in managing high-impact campaigns
    • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
    • Strong foundation in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, enabling data-driven campaign adjustments
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within a multi-million-pound business environment
    • Advanced data analytics skills and expertise with Google Analytics, Meta, and TikTok platforms
    • Experience in leading and managing people, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment
