We are currently recruiting an Account Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Head of International Sales, your focus will be on expanding our presence and impact in the Korean market.
What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Korean market, targeting strategic growth areas
- Forge and nurture long-term B2B partnerships with distributors and retailers to expand brand presence both online and offline
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility
- Create and implement growth concepts, from ideation to operational execution, enhancing market penetration
- Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the marketing, product, and operations teams
What you should bring
- 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in consumer goods
- Proven expertise in B2B sales and trade marketing, driving impactful sales strategies
- Effective persuader and problem-solver, excelling in overcoming challenges with well-founded arguments
- Comfortable making decisions amidst uncertainty, supported by comprehensive analysis and research
- Solution-oriented thinker with strong conceptualization and implementation skills, taking a pragmatic approach to tasks
- Exceptionally organized, managing tasks using tools like to-do lists, Excel sheets, reports, and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and Korean is essential. Chinese language proficiency would also be a bonus.
