We are currently hiring for a Salesforce Tech Lead (Admin/Developer), who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Order Management and Fulfilment Platform, you will support all existing back office systems across the Lovehoney estate. This includes developing our existing tech estate alongside implementing new systems and supporting our physical expansion across the globe.

You will join a team that is leading the way in continuous delivery of small, low risk changes to the business. You will be working on our core systems, using the SalesForce Lightning Platform, helping develop them to support a growing business through the introduction of additional software and processes whilst ensuring changes are made effectively and safely.

What you will do

    • Contribute to the ongoing development of core applications as part of a cross functional development team  
    • Develop, manage, and optimize Salesforce APIs for third-party integrations and custom solutions.
    • Support the further development and implementation of new software based on Salesforce Lightning products, ensuring close integration with existing legacy applications.
    • Lead the design and development of solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel Routing, Einstein bot, Case Management, knowledge management tools, and other configurations to optimize support operations.
    • Design and implement complex Salesforce Flows and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
    • Lead Salesforce technical projects from design to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
    • Actively participate in team-based events such as standups, refinement sessions, and planning meetings to effectively support the team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, fostering best practices and professional growth.
    • Ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle, from story refinement to release and production support.
    • Foster good communication and collaboration within the team and across the broader tech community.

What you should bring

    • Computer Science degree or degree(s) and / or training course(s) with substantial programming content
    • Knowledge of agile development frameworks (Scrum and KanBan)
    • Knowledge of test driven development and unit tests 
    • Knowledge of Git and continuous integration 
    • Required experience of admin & development roles in SalesForce Lightning (Salesforce OMS and/or Service Cloud) and willingness to gain knowledge and experience in new technologies
    • Optional experience in Node.JS, Typescript, JS, Cold Fusion & Microservices 
    • Experience with Salesforce Order Management is a plus.
