We are currently recruiting a Senior CRM Executive who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the CRM Manager, your focus will be on developing and implementing our CRM marketing strategy. You will use email and other channels where appropriate to serve regular, relevant messaging to our subscriber base and encourage increased subscription rates, delivering against commercial and customer retention targets.

Working closely with the wider Lovehoney Group CRM and Retention teams, you will work with the other CRM Executives to plan and deliver our global broadcast email schedule: creative briefing, building, setting targeting of the final communication in our ESP, through to sending and reporting. 

As well as planning and delivery of CRM marketing communications, you will work with the Retention Data & Analytics function to interrogate the performance of CRM communications using quantitative data plus continuous AB and MV testing, to understand how best to optimise the email channel, and increase engagement and conversion of our key customer segments over time. 

What you will do

    • Create and own the broadcast email schedule alongside the other CRM Executives using the international marketing plan as well as insight from previous sends/tests and broader team expertise, to ensure we have regular relevant content to share with our subscribers that will drive engagement and conversion metrics. 
    • Create and implement a testing plan to ensure that all elements of emails, including subject lines, content, CTAs and send times are optimised based on statistically significant results. 
    • Work with the wider CRM team to ensure email best practice, performance insight and performant campaigns/flows are shared across Lovehoney markets.   
    • Work with the Retention Data & Analytics team to regularly report on CRM performance to the business, showing how key email metrics (sign up rate, visit rate, conversion and revenue per email) are performing over time, and also how our activities are driving customer retention metrics (second order rate, existing customer value). 

What you should bring

    • Experience devising and implementing email marketing campaign strategy in a fast paced, digital retail business 
    • Experience in managing end to end email production from planning to send  
    • The ability to build, schedule, target and report on CRM communications in an ESP 
    • Ability to work proactively and independently on agreed objectives and deliverables 
    • Experience of working with behavioural triggered email campaigns to drive customer retention 
    • Ability to run robust controlled tests to optimise performance 
    • Experience in interrogating campaign data to understand performance of campaigns beyond the topline number 
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong working relationships cross functionally
