We are currently looking for a Head of Product Brand Management who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Global Brand Marketing Director, your focus will be on defining and executing strategies for Lovehoney Group’s product brands to ensure growth and profitability across multiple channels and regions. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for brand strategy with your capacity for creative and innovative thinking. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do

    • Develop and steer the overall strategy for Lovehoney Group’s product brand portfolio, driving growth and profitability across channels.
    • Lead and enable the brand management team with dedicated brand managers to successfully achieve the goals of their brands. 
    • Oversee go-to-market planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives, guiding the broader marketing organization.
    • Lead the development and management of campaigns and assets across brands, channels, and regions in collaboration with internal content, design and campaigning teams.
    • Build and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and key learnings for brand teams, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
    • Collaborate and lead without authority across multiple functional areas to identify and execute business growth opportunities.

What you should bring

    • Proven experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related field, preferably in a global or multi-channel environment.
    • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • A data-driven mindset with experience in defining KPIs and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
    • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and road mapping.
    • In-depth understanding of industry trends and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
