We are currently recruiting a Product Category Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Your objective will be to support the establishment of customer-centric and data-driven online category management at Lovehoney Group in conjunction with Category Ownership.
What you will do
- Drive the strategic direction of category management to boost financial performance at an international level across all distribution channels (B2B and B2C)
- Analyze, develop and optimize product categories with a data driven but consumer centric approach towards profitability & consumer lifetime value
- Manage constant range reviews, identify gaps in product offering and control implementation of new product launches (own brand and 3rd party)
- Conduct analysis and make strategic recommendations for improvement of overall commercial strategies including an omnichannel view if applicable
- Internal Stakeholder Management: establishment of essential interfaces, in particular to purchasing, merchandising, pricing and online trading team
What you should bring
- Expertise in online category management including own brands and 3rd party product offering
- Shopper-centric mindset paired with a high data-driven approach
- Ideally cross-divisional experience in marketing, trade marketing or similar commercial experience
- Data-driven, analytical mindset
- Innovative and visionary personality with entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach
