We are currently recruiting a bilingual (German/English) SEA Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Head of PPC, your focus will be on driving efficient in-house growth through the SEA channel. 

What you will do

    • Develop and implement the SEA strategy for Amorana’s accounts, integrating aspects of strategy, development, execution and team communication 
    • Monitor budget management and allocation for SEA accounts 
    • Control bidding strategies across accounts to maximise profit and drive growth while supervising and optimising external product feeds 
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for continuous evolution of Amorana's PPC accounts 
    • Track and report on the costs, revenue, and ROAS figures of the SEA channels 

What you should bring

    • A good level of both German and English is essential (ideally fluent/native German speaker) 
    • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a successful in-house SEA Manager 
    • Experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Channable 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to continuously advance Amorana despite some limitations in our industry 
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation, in addition to advanced knowledge in keyword research and optimisation 
    • Understanding of a product portfolio and the ability to define targeted approaches for optimal sales strategy
