We are currently looking for a Junior Digital Designer who will be supporting the creation and delivery of digital assets across multiple customer touchpoints. Working as part of the Design & Production Team and reporting to the Design & Content Production Manager, the role contributes to the execution of on-brand, high-quality creative for e-commerce and marketing channels.

  

What you will do

  • Support the creation of digital assets across key channels, including website, email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Assist in translating briefs and campaign concepts into clear, accurate, and on-brand visual outputs.
  • Contribute to the delivery of creative for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all work and support the maintenance of brand standards across touchpoints.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to help deliver projects from brief through to final output.
  • Prepare and export assets in line with platform requirements, apply feedback and amends accurately, and use design tools and generative AI technologies to support efficient creative production.

What you should bring

  • Entry‑level digital design experience (internship, placement, freelance, or junior role) with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
  • Awareness of digital channels (email, social, web) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of core design principles (layout, typography, colour) and strong attention to detail when following briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Good organisation, reliability, and self‑motivation, with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines with support.
  • Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive, willing‑to‑learn approach, including openness to new  tools.
  • Exposure to AI or emerging design tools would be advantageous.
