We are currently seeking an E-commerce Executive who will be pivotal in driving performance for Lovehoney Australia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. 

This position is full-time, with the ability to work from home 2 days a week. 

What you will do

    • E-commerce Platform Operations: Perform the day-to-day tasks of our key e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience and Monetate. 
    • Promotion and Campaign delivery: Coordinate and assist in managing online pricing and promotional activities. 
    • Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyse e-commerce metrics and data. Use insights gained from data to make informed decisions and to strategize future e-commerce initiatives. 
    • Reporting: Analyse e-commerce data and reports to help inform decision-making. 
    • Participate in ongoing professional development and training in e-commerce operations and trends. 

What you should bring

    • 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role is preferred. 
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. 
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
    • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow in the e-commerce field.
