We are currently recruiting a Senior PPC Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with the Head of PPC, your focus will be on driving efficient growth in-house through the SEA channel as a priority, as well as additional PPC channels (e.g paid social and youtube). 

What you will do

    • Develop and execute a PPC strategy across Lovehoney Group PPC accounts, focusing on SEA excellence. While PPC is preferred, we are prioritising an SEA skillset. 
    • Proactively identify, prioritise and deliver on opportunities for account improvement, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to keep Lovehoney Group at the forefront of PPC strategy 
    • Oversee budget management for SEA and PPC accounts for overall Lovehoney Group growth, agnostic of channel, to optimise to group KPIs 
    • Manage a team of PPC specialists working across multiple Lovehoney Group accounts and territories 

What you should bring

    • Expert SEA knowledge with a strong understanding of best practices, latest trends, bidding models and retail SEA strategy 
    • Expertise using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and other PPC platforms 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to continuously push Lovehoney Group forward, despite the policy restrictions and nuances of our industry 
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation to drive growth/efficiency 
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
