We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will be integral to shaping and executing the company’s learning strategy. Partnering directly with internal stakeholders, your focus will be on designing comprehensive learning initiatives, leading talent development programs, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across all company locations. In this role, you will combine your expertise in learning methodologies with a strategic mindset to foster an engaging and growth-oriented workplace. You will develop key skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that values innovation and continuous learning.

What you will do

    • Design and oversee company-wide learning and development strategies that align with business goals.
    • Manage and track employee learning requests, ensuring alignment with career development and business needs.
    • Develop and implement leadership development programs to build future talent pipelines.
    • Assess training needs across departments and implement learning solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and continuously improve effectiveness.

What you should bring

    • Extensive experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing global L&D initiatives.
    • Strong ability to work independently and drive learning strategies as an individual contributor.
    • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience working in a global environment, adapting learning solutions to diverse cultural needs.
