What you will do

    • Learn and Develop: Work closely with experienced engineers to evaluate and refine packaging concepts that meet functionality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness goals. 
    • Explore Materials: Get hands-on experience analyzing and selecting packaging materials, understanding their properties, and how they impact performance and cost. 
    • Supplier Collaboration: Start building your network by working with suppliers to evaluate materials and ensure quality and timely delivery. 
    • Cross-Department Learning: Gain exposure to various departments such as Production, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Graphic Design, learning how to bring packaging solutions to life. 
    • Prototype & Test: Assist in creating prototypes, conducting tests, and validating packaging designs to meet project requirements. 
    • Manage BOMs: Learn how to develop and maintain packaging Bills of Materials (BOMs) using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production. 
    • Regulatory Awareness: Dive into regulatory requirements for packaging, particularly in terms of environmental and safety standards. 
    • Continuous Improvement: Contribute fresh ideas to improve our packaging processes and materials as you grow in your role. 

What you should bring

    • Recently completed a degree in Packaging Technology or a related field. 
    • Eager to contribute and deepen your knowledge of packaging materials and their applications. 
    • Interested in developing skills in supplier collaboration and cross-functional teamwork. 
    • Familiarity with CAD software like SolidWorks, Illustrator and Artios CAD and PLM tools is a plus, but not required—training will be provided. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 
    • Organized, motivated, and ready to kickstart your career in packaging.
