We are currently recruiting for an outstanding candidate to fill the role of Affiliate Marketing Executive, who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Head of Affiliate Marketing, your focus will be on supporting the day to day implementation and execution of the Lovehoney Affiliate Marketing Strategy. You will play a key role in assisting with delivering multi-million pound global revenue and margin targets, as well as informing the ongoing development of strategy and process in a fast changing industry. You will also be responsible for implementing campaigns, driving and supporting growth and reporting on the successes of our already-world-class affiliate programme.
What you will do
- Help to drive the day to day delivery of a comprehensive global affiliate strategy across key markets such as UK, US and AU.
- Maintain and nurture network and direct affiliate relationships, being a genuine entrepreneur in seeking out exciting new growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate performance reporting, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Build strong working relationships with the wider Consumer Marketing, PR and Online Trading teams - helping to develop integrated plans across key seasonal periods.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product and customer profiles, providing thorough and inspiring briefs for each marketing activity.
What you should bring
- Seasoned Digital Marketer: Minimum of 2+ years proven experience within Affiliate or (Digital) Marketing.
- Detail-oriented: Intermediate data analytics skills with ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
- Affiliate experience: Knowledge of standard and current affiliate industry practices with an aptitude to learn.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop content that serves the company goals both short and long-term.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with wide range of Ecommerce, Affiliate, SEO, PR and Digital Advertising colleagues.
