We are currently looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager – DACH, who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Mainstream & Trade Marketing Lead EMEA, your focus will be on expanding our market presence and growing our footprint across the DACH region in mass and conventional retail. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for customer relationships and commercial strategy with your capacity for building long-term partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do

    • Manage key accounts in mass and conventional retail, strengthening existing customer relationships and building long-term B2B partnerships with distributors and retailers across DACH.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Lovehoney Group’s presence in strategic growth areas.
    • Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility across online and offline channels.
    • Create and implement growth concepts—from ideation to operational execution—to enhance market penetration.
    • Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

What you should bring

    • 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, Category Management, or Business Development, ideally within consumer goods.
    • Proven expertise in eCommerce and trade marketing, with the ability to drive impactful sales strategies.
    • Strong influencing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions amidst uncertainty using sound analysis and research.
    • A solution-oriented mindset with strong conceptual and implementation abilities, taking a pragmatic approach to tasks.
    • Excellent organisational skills and comfort working with tools such as CRM systems, Excel, task trackers, and reports.
    • Fluency in German and English; additional languages (French, Dutch) are a plus.
