We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer – Expert who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with the Marketing Manager, Americas, your focus will be on the design and delivery of high-quality regional creative assets across multiple channels. In this role, you will combine strong creative execution with the ability to support day-to-day creative operations, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the development of impactful regional and global campaigns.

What you will do

    • Act as a key creative partner for the Creative and Marketing teams, supporting the design and delivery of regional assets across digital, print, packaging, POS, email, social, and promotional materials.
    • Design and produce high-quality creative assets end-to-end, from concept through to final production, across both digital and print formats.
    • Support creative operations by helping manage project flow, schedules, and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and briefs are complete.
    • Lead or support design sprints and campaign development for global and regional initiatives in collaboration with Regional Marketing teams.
    • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, using global toolkits to localise assets in English, French, and Spanish.
    • Collaborate with the wider Creative Services team on multi-discipline projects including product launches, new brands, and key campaigns.

What you should bring

    • 3–5 years’ experience in graphic and web design, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or commercial environment.
    • A post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) and a strong, contemporary design portfolio.
    • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and both print and digital production processes.
    • Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite and confidence working with Microsoft Office.
    • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    • Clear and effective communication skills, with experience working collaboratively in international or cross-functional teams.
    • Experience or interest in improving creative efficiency and workflows, including the use of new tools or technologies (desirable).
    • Experience with retail display, POS design, or multilingual asset localisation (e.g. English/French) is an advantage.
