Senior FP&A Analyst
What you will do
- Partner with a region within the group, working closely with the regional (vertical) head and providing insightful reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting tools to actively manage and provide visibility on budget and forecast performance, with a deep understanding of your areas.
- Act as a model builder within our leading-edge FP&A system, Pigment, and be proficient in other tools including NetSuite, BigQuery, Superset, and Excel.
- Support the Director of FP&A in producing C-level monthly reporting packs and strategic analysis.
- Deliver commercial insights to senior stakeholders that directly impact EBITDA performance. This will be achieved through attention to detail, challenge and collaboration.
What you should bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong appraisal history or ratings.
- Strong systems proficiency: prior experience with FP&A systems (including model building, data structures, and automated reporting), ERP systems such as NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Power Query, Power BI, and BigQuery is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments and regions.
- Experience of accounting in an international company under IFRS would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in retail or within an FP&A function is desirable.
