Head of Mobile Engineering
What you will do
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional mobile team including developers, product owners, and UX/UI designers
- Define and execute a mobile strategy that aligns with broader business and technology goals
- Drive consistency, performance, and quality across our iOS and Android platforms
- Establish scalable processes and team structures to support growth, capacity, and agile excellence
- Represent mobile initiatives in executive forums, cross-departmental collaborations, and strategic planning
What you should bring
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with several years in a leadership role
- Strong technical understanding of mobile platforms, architectures, and frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, KMP)
- Demonstrated success leading agile, cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality mobile products
- Experience aligning product, design, and technology around common KPIs and business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills from developer to executive level
