The Digital Marketing Manager, Mobile Apps will take full responsibility for the marketing and commercial effectiveness of the Lovehoney Group apps, which currently have more than 1M+ downloads to date. The successful applicant will report into the Consumer Marketing Director and ensure the consumer is always represented in feature updates, while taking the lead on goal setting, business reporting and marketing execution. This role will cross-functionally partner with technology, innovation, customer insights and brand teams to set goals and ensure marketing success for mobile apps in the LovehoneyGroup online ecosystem.

Your responsibilities:

    •   Manage and oversee commercial marketing objectives for the Lovehoney Group apps, outlining key KPIs and helping fulfil them in collaboration with digital and innovation teams.  
    • Take responsibility for product go-to-market plans for feature updates, to achieve marketing goals (e.g. user acquisition, activation, conversion) via organic and paid media channels. 
    • In the organic context, lead the charge with App Store Optimization topics (descriptions, keywords, screenshots, app reviews, etc.) in Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 
    • In the retention context, apply CRM strategies to drive new-feature adoption, increased engagement and wider benefit for Lovehoney Group ecosystem. 
    • In the paid context, help plan and monitor user acquisition campaigns on FB/IG, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, as well as exploring new advertising channels to drive results. 
    • Manage relationships with stakeholders to help coordinate multi-channel campaigns across PPC, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, PR, SEO, Creative and wider departments. 
    • Partner with BI/Analytics teams to pre and post analyze financial impact of proposed and/or executed plans, proactively sharing results, insights and business impacts. 
    • Maintain awareness of technological enhancements, competitive landscape and industry trends for essential mobile app business and help identify new opportunities. 
    • Conduct training, mentoring of team members to improve their knowledge or skills. 

Your qualifications:

    • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a core focus on mobile apps. 
    • Solid digital knowledge to liaise cross-functionally in an integrated marketing ecosystem. 
    • Strong analytical skills (Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel) to monitor campaign performance. 
    • Familiarity with customer insights data and experience using such data to make decisions. 
    • Experience with ASO best practices. 
    • Direct experience with Google App install Ads, Apple Search Ads and Facebook/Instagram App install campaigns a plus. 
    • Proven ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track-record of delivery, and an obsession about the customer experience. 
    • Very good English skills, both spoken and written.
