What you will do
Learning Platform Management
- Maintain and continuously improve the TalentLMS platform to ensure a structured, user-friendly learning experience.
- Organise and group content to ensure easy navigation and accessibility for all learners.
- Monitor platform usage and support initiatives to increase engagement.
Content Management & Curation
- Conduct regular audits of existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and quality.
- Build and maintain a group-wide learning content library.
- Ensure mandatory and refresher training is completed and updated in line with agreed timelines.
- Source and curate content from internal subject matter experts (e.g. ESG, People Team, Tech) then turn this into learning content.
Content Creation
- Support the development of the Management Toolkit in line with existing Learning and Development roadmap.
- Research topics and create content where required.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and convert them into structured learning materials.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Gather and respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding learning materials ensuring they meet business needs.
- Partner with the Head of Internal Communications to support company-wide promotion of learning initiatives and drive awareness and use of the learning platform.
What you should bring
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business Psychology, Educational Science, or Adult Education, with at least 12 months of enrollment remaining.
- Strong communicator, comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders on a Global scale.
- Confident in working from a clear brief and deliver per required timescales.
- Passionate about Learning & Development and/or content creation.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.

Fluent to native-level proficiency in English.
- Confident working with digital tools (experience with LMS platforms is a plus).
