We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Berlin. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while contributing to efficient, data-driven hiring processes. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition colleagues to help attract, assess, and secure top talent for Lovehoney Group. 

What you will do

    • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a structured, consistent interview process.
    • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting.
    • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and sourcing activities across relevant channels.

What you should bring

    • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (in-house or agency).
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
    • Clear and professional communication skills in English.
    • Structured and detail-oriented working style, comfortable handling data and systems.
    • A likeness for technology and the usage of AI.
