We are currently recruiting an Account Manager Central Europe who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Territory Lead Central Europe, your focus will be on expanding our market presence and impact within Central Europe (DACH & Benelux region). 

What you will do

    • Manage key accounts to strengthen existing customer relationships and build up long-term B2B partnerships with distributors and retailers to expand brand presence both online and offline 
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in your markets, targeting strategic growth areas 
    • Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility 
    • Create and implement growth concepts, from ideation to operational execution, enhancing market penetration 
    • Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the marketing, product, and operations teams 

What you should bring

    • 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in consumer goods  
    • Proven expertise in Ecommerce and trade marketing, driving impactful sales strategies 
    • Effective persuader and problem-solver, excelling in overcoming challenges with well-founded arguments 
    • Comfortable making decisions amidst uncertainty, supported by comprehensive analysis and research 
    • Solution-oriented thinker with strong conceptualization and implementation skills, taking a pragmatic approach to tasks 
    • Exceptionally organized, managing tasks using tools like to-do lists, Excel sheets, reports, and CRM systems 
    • Fluent in German and English; additional language skills (French, Dutch) are a plus
