We have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainment Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical product life cycle management of Lovehoney products. This comprises the design, validation, and implementation of technical solutions to various product sustainment topics. Sustaining topics include NPVs, cost reduction, quality issues and EOL component substitution (this is not considered sustaining in the sense of "eco-friendly" or "green" product design).

What you will do:

    • Serve as technical prime for all released Lovehoney products.
    • Lead Technical Change Management Process for Lovehoney’s products, including design, validation, and implementation of changes.
    • Project Management of technical product changes across the organization, ensuring alignment with Product Management, Quality, Sourcing, and Manufacturing.
    • Manage Lovehoney’s PLM system for document control, providing training and support for effective utilization.
    • Lead NPV (New Product Variants) developments, including source file management, BOM creation, and project planning for new channels.
    • Work with CMs on ODM projects including technical specifications, design review and product validation.

What you will bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent field.
    • 1+ years of experience in product life cycle management.
    • Proficiency in designing plastic, silicone, and metal parts using Solidworks.
    • Experience with offshore contract manufacturing and consumer product development.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and effective communication abilities.
