The Role:

As the Group Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Lovehoney Group's strategic direction. Your primary focus will be on identifying and analyzing target groups, understanding their behavior, and developing new business models tailored to their needs and bringing them to life.

Your responsibilities will include

    • Target Group Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of target groups, including their behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns
    • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities relevant to target groups
    • Business Model Development: Create innovative and tailored business models based on target group insights
    • Team Building: Build and lead a dedicated team around the new business model to execute target group-centric strategies
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and ensure effective execution
    • New Business Growth: Drive growth by launching and managing initiatives that cater to target group needs
    • Performance Evaluation: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of target group-centric initiatives

To excel in this role, you should possess

    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or related roles
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities
    • Innovation: A track record of developing and implementing innovative business strategies
    • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey strategies and insights effectively
    • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
