We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with our in-house Social and Creative teams, your focus will be on growing awareness and engagement across our organic social media channels, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and secondary focus on TikTok. In this role, you will combine your passion for social-first storytelling with your ability to independently create engaging, high-performing content that resonates with our audience and furthers our message of sexual happiness.
What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day management of our organic social channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and secondary focus on TikTok.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social content, including Reels, carousels, stories, and short-form video.
- Independently film, edit, and publish reactive and planned social content, confidently appearing on camera where appropriate.
- Support product launches, partnerships, brand campaigns, and evergreen storytelling across social channels.
- Pitch creative, social-first ideas and explore new formats that push creative boundaries and drive engagement.
- Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and execution.
- Engage with the community across comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Track and analyse social media performance, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
What you should bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a social media role, either agency-side or in-house.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and wider social media strategy, including analytics and content performance.
- Proven ability to create engaging content independently, including filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for content marketing and brand storytelling.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally and internationally, as required.
