We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Finance Team and the wider business your focus will be on accurate and efficient processing of supplier invoices and settlement files from our payment providers. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for attention to detail with your capacity for creative ways of providing great service alongside identifying efficiencies and supporting process improvements. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
- Process multi-currency supplier invoices including 3-way matching to Purchase Orders for stock invoices and accurate coding of non-stock invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage supplier and business queries, providing timely and accurate responses to develop and maintain good relationships.
- Process daily settlement files from our payment providers, investigating and correcting unmatched transactions.
- Prepare multi-currency supplier payment runs.
- Process staff expenses and credit card transactions.
What you should bring
- Minimum of 18 months experience working in Accounts Payable or similar role. AAT qualification or working towards AAT is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accountability for your own workload alongside the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills to support communication and collaboration.
