We are currently recruiting a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our marketing team and help drive data-driven decision-making in our email marketing, customer retention, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEA (Search Engine Advertising), and Paid Social campaigns.

As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing strategies and improving customer engagement. You will be responsible for working alongside with our Business Development Manager to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that will guide our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

    • Collect and analyze data related to email marketing campaigns, customer retention efforts, PPC, SEA, and Paid Social advertising.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key marketing KPIs
    • Segment customer data to target specific audiences for personalized marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize data analysis to identify customer segments with high retention potential.
    • Create visualizations and data presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
    • Work closely with the marketing team, including email marketing specialists, PPC/SEA managers, and Paid Social specialists, to implement data-driven strategies.
    • Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality and availability.

What should you bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis, preferably in email marketing, retention, PPC, SEA, or Paid Social.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag manager and BigQuery.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Superset or Looker Studio is a plus.
