French Speakers Needed – Flexible Online Project

We’re looking for people who speak French to help with a simple AI project. You can work from home and choose the tasks you prefer.

What you’ll do (you can pick):

• Record short sentences using your voice
• Type out what you hear in audio clips
• Help clean up and organise text
• Optional: review other people’s work

What you need:

• Very high level of French
• Fluent English
• Previous experience with audio recording, transcription or annotation work
• Good attention to detail
• A quiet place to record (for voice tasks)

Project details:

• Flexible work — you choose how much you do
• Over 40 hours of work available for this project
• Project runs from spring to early summer
• Work is done online using a simple tool (we’ll show you how)

Technical Requirement
At this stage, we are only looking for participants whose microphone/device supports recording in specific audio quality settings (8,000 Hz or 16,000 Hz sample rate).

You can quickly check this on your computer:

1. Open your sound settings
2. Go to Recording Devices
3. Select your microphone → Properties → Advanced
4. Check the available “Sample Rate” options

If you can see 8,000 Hz or 16,000 Hz in the list, your device is compatible.

Please note: if these options are not available, unfortunately your device is not suitable for this project.
