As Market Operations Coordinator, you'll be working with Spin's market managers across the nation to help scale processes and build playbooks. You'll be digging into data, understanding local operations and looking to fix roadblocks at a centralized level. The Market Operations Coordinator is also responsible for optimization and management of national operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage national processes, such as van rentals, insurance, and gas expenses
- Build close relationships with local market managers to understand pain points and scale fixes
- Triage data to create guidelines across markets
- Manage operational playbooks - share best practices to help scale our other cities
