Responsibilities:
- Champion an AI-first creative culture, embedding Generative AI across all creative workflows
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered pipelines for static images, video, audio, and playable ads
- Act as Kwalee’s subject-matter expert in local diffusion models and creative AI technologies
- Maintain hands-on expertise with tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111
- Prioritise the use of local, open-source AI models, ensuring performance, compliance, and optimisation
- Train, mentor, and upskill creative teams through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Lead R&D into emerging AI models, tools, and workflows to drive continuous innovation
- Design reusable workflows, templates, and ComfyUI graphs to accelerate creative production
- Integrate automation tools (e.g. n8n) to streamline creative and research tasks
- Monitor industry trends, competitor output, and new AI developments
- Support playable ad production through AI-driven asset generation and iteration
- Maintain structured documentation and archives of AI assets, workflows, and model graphs
- Improve efficiency, reduce production time, and enhance creative performance to drive profitability
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Creative, Growth, and Technology functions
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and diffusion models, with proven real-world application in creative or commercial environments
- Strong hands-on experience with ComfyUI, Automatic1111, Fooocus, or similar AI tooling
- Experience designing and productionising scalable AI workflows and pipelines
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and influence teams on AI-first approaches
- Strong documentation skills with a disciplined approach to knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate custom AI models and systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex challenges
- Curious, experimental, and proactive approach to adopting emerging AI technologies
- Analytical, output-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on site.
